Travel Sketches in Italy
Travelling many times in Italy, I record the moments, the architecture and the art by sketching. I work quickly with compressed charcoal usually on buff-colour paper sketch book. While sitting and drawing I find that local people are curious to see how I am interpretting their country. They feel free to comment on my talent or otherwise as art is in their blood.
